Yo Matt. I'm a fan in Seattle. I just checked out MAVIN's website and saw that my friend Jenee Jahn is the VP on the BOD. Have you two met before? Also, I saw you went to Tyee High School. You know Dave Upthegrove went there. Do you remember Mr. Smith (Sterling Smith) or Gem Wear (art teacher)?
those hearts make me feel so unspecial about the jonstoph dynamic. are we really all walking psych books? so simple and so sad.
gorgeous pics of london, though your tepid review doesn't make me any more inclined to go there.
hi david,
thanks for your note. i'm pretty sure jenee jahn and i have met but my people memory is terrible. and re: tyee, i had the pleasure of speaking there, but didn't attend. i was struck by its netherworld feel, thanks to sea-tac's short history/ambiguous identity. anyhow, hope seattle is still crackin.
hi anonymous jerry,
of course we're all walking psycho books. that's why the unqualified self-help gurus at worldworks could diagnose a ringing cell phone during their seminar as evidence of childhood obesity or something along those lines. we simple!
ps glad you're back. jesus!

Hey Matt, how's it going? I chatted you up on gay.com the other day but you never replied. I really enjoy reading your journal articles, quite observant.
hi again david,
this is an odd place to carry on a conversation over several months^^
i don't recall the up chat. are you in seoul? if so, let's meet up. matt
No unfortunately. You have facebook or skype? you can find me davidk77@u.washington.edu. I'm actually thinking of going to Seoul with my family in the fall. Still have to plan out work in D.C. and grad school, but there's a chance. How's life man?
life is pretty good. im not on facebook but occasionally on skype: halfmatt. let me know if you come to seoul! mk
