other than my cousin, her husband and a family friend, there isn't anyone in this big city that i've met on more than 2 occasions. that's exciting to me.
after coffee in yangjae with a 33-year-old designer i took an hour long walk through the crowded sidewalks of gangnam. it was probably the caffeine's influence, but it felt great to be here. i enjoy clean breaks, clean starts, and simple, drama-free existence, and i feel like at this early juncture i have that here. everything feels simple, so i'm not distracted and better able to notice small things and appreciate them.
