who introduced me to at least three illegal substances, who taught me how to steal, and who only laughed (but then quickly forgot) when she noticed her 15-year-old brother was wearing leopard-print/military green thong underwear.

She sounds like a bad influence!
hi. i was trying to locate where cheongdam church was and i encountered your blog. Great blog! :) Cheers, ill try to follow your blog.
Hey Matt,
I've been following you for a while, but am just now posting. I am a Wesleyan grad and am getting an MBA/MA in Korea Studies at UW, and am very curious about what you've been up to in Korea. In fact, to make matters even more coincedental, I am from Seattle, and attended the Mavin-sponsored forum on race in 1999.
I would love to hear about your experiences in Korea. I am actually leading a group of MBA's (please don't judge...I'm a homo, too) to Korea next Spring, and think it would be awesome to meet with you while we are there.
I would very much love to hear about what you're doing over there, and love your column.
My email is myers.nicholas@gmail.com
Hope all is well, and that you had a great Chuseok!
Best,
Nick
